Disha Digital Prints operates PrintAds Live for print shops and authorized teams to manage customer communications and advertising campaigns. This policy explains how personal information is handled through the service.
Information we handle
Information may include mobile numbers, names and other personal details supplied by a shop or its customers; account and shop details; messages; communication preferences, consent and opt-out records; campaign activity; and technical information such as IP addresses and sign-in or audit records. When a shop connects WhatsApp, the application may receive message and delivery events from Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform.
How information is used
We use this information to operate the service, authenticate authorized users, manage campaigns, respond to messages, send communications where permission has been given, maintain consent and opt-out records, troubleshoot problems and protect the service from misuse.
Service providers
WhatsApp communications use Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform when a shop connects that service. Hostinger provides website hosting. Other connected advertising or messaging services may process information when a shop chooses to use them. We do not sell customer contact information.
Choices and requests
You can ask to stop marketing messages by replying STOP where that option is offered, or by contacting us. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, email info@printads.live. If your details were supplied by a print shop, we may need to coordinate the request with that shop. Some limited information may be retained to honor an opt-out, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations.
Security and retention
We use access controls and other safeguards to protect information. We keep information for as long as needed to operate the service and for the purposes described above, subject to applicable legal requirements. We then delete or de-identify it where practicable.
